Our Roots

Since 1956, the Rotarians of the greater Rochester area have operated Camp Haccamo. In 2009, Camp Haccamo moved to its new location on the Sunshine Campus in Rush NY. As an integral member of the community, we celebrate our past, but look to our future of continuing service.

Camp Haccamo offers:

A weeklong, overnight camping experience

A ratio of one counselor per two campers.

A chance for a respite for camper’s families.

Special events like the Carnival Nights,

Talent Show, and Prom.
